3. Puppy Availability, Enquiries, and Reservations

Displaying a puppy on this website does not guarantee that the puppy remains available. An enquiry, form submission, email, phone call, or other message does not by itself create a reservation, sale, or binding agreement.

A puppy reservation or purchase is confirmed only after VelvetFrenchie has provided written confirmation and all required steps have been completed. Those steps may include a buyer assessment, payment, and acceptance or signature of a separate puppy purchase agreement, Health Guarantee, or other applicable documents.

The separate written documents supplied for a puppy reservation or purchase will govern that transaction. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed puppy purchase agreement or Health Guarantee, the signed transaction-specific document will control to the extent of that conflict.

4. Photographs and Puppy Descriptions

We aim to represent every puppy honestly and thoughtfully. Photographs and videos may appear differently depending on lighting, editing, screen settings, age, and the puppy’s natural development. Coat colour, markings, size, structure, and other physical characteristics may change as a puppy grows.

Descriptions of temperament and personality reflect observations made at the relevant stage of the puppy’s development. They are not guarantees of a puppy’s future behaviour, adult appearance, size, or temperament.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, logos, branding, page designs, and other content on this website belong to VelvetFrenchie or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website, temporarily download ordinary browser files needed to display it, and print a reasonable portion for your private, non-commercial use.
